EXPEDITED SECOND PASSPORT INSTRUCTIONS:

You are eligible to apply for passport renewal if the following is true:

  • I have a valid passport in my possession
  • I was at least 16 years old when my most recent U.S. passport book and/or card was issued.

Requirements:

1. Submit Your Most Recent Valid Passport

  • You must submit your most recent passport
  • You must submit your passport card (if applicable)

2. Passport Photo Requirements (2x2)

  • You must submit two 2x2 passport size photos

3. Complete the Passport Renewal Application (Form DS-82)

  • Once you complete the application form you must print, sign and date it

4. Proof of Departure (Travel Itinerary)

  • Copy of travel itinerary
  • Company letter (for business travel)

5. 2nd Limited Passport Statement

6. Letter of Authorization

7. Government Fee:

  • Passport Book $213.36
  • Passport and Card $243.36
  • Make a check or money order payable to U.S. Department of State

8. Passport Expediting Service Fee:

  • 5 - 8 business days processing $699.00
  • 8 -16 business days processing $499.00
  • 16 - 21 business days processing $399.00
